Returns, Refunds & Warranty – Montvellin

At Montvellin, quality and trust are at the heart of everything we create.
Each timepiece is carefully crafted and undergoes strict quality control before it leaves our atelier.
If, however, your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery – provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@montvellin.com to receive the return address and authorization.

  2. Ensure the product is complete and undamaged.
    Returns will only be accepted if the watch and its accessories (box, warranty card, manuals, straps, etc.) are returned in perfect condition.

  3. Inspection upon arrival.
    Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note that returns showing signs of wear, scratches, modification, or missing accessories may be refused or refunded partially at our discretion.


Refunds

  • Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after several days, please check with your bank or payment provider. Our support team will be happy to assist you.


Incorrect or Damaged Item Received?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@montvellin.com.
We will ensure a swift replacement or appropriate resolution.


Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • We strongly recommend shipping the return via registered mail or courier with tracking to avoid loss or damage in transit.

  • Items lost in return transit cannot be refunded.


2-Year International Warranty

Every Montvellin timepiece comes with a two-year international warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Should a covered defect occur, Montvellin will repair or replace the watch at no cost to the customer.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, strap aging, discoloration)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

  • Water damage resulting from improper handling or unsealed crowns

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our service department at info@montvellin.com.
Each watch must be accompanied by its original warranty card and proof of purchase.
